Embrace Freedom
through the Non-Dual View
Contemplative traditions are relatively unanimous in their position that ignorance and forms of illusion are the root of all human suffering. To break free from these illusions that veil the truth of our nature, we need a liberating perspective. Non-duality is conceived as a "View" that, when experienced, radically transmutes the field of our perception. As a result, a radical alignment is possible with our Self, each other, and the cosmos.
Embark on a journey through some of Indian spirituality's philosophical landscape. Our carefully curated course sequence includes a study course on Advaita Vedānta, one of the most famous schools of non-dualism, providing practical insights that complement and deepen your understanding of non-dual wisdom. Expand your awareness and enrich your spiritual voyage.
This Learning Pathway is an expedition into the heart of non-duality. Our courses offer a perfect blend of scholarly knowledge and experiential wisdom, empowering you to pierce through delusion and transcend limitations through embodied practices. Discover the transformative power of non-dual perspectives and realize layers of potential latent within.

Unveiling the Wisdom of Non-dual Embodiment
Advaita Vedānta and Śaiva-Śākta Tantra are two of the most influential schools among Indian spiritualities. They have found their way from Medieval debates amongst renunciants, into modern-day schools of yoga. The early medieval scholar-practitioners Śankara and Abhinavagupta are two key figures often studied for their deep and penetrating analyses of non-dual philosophy.
Advaita means “non-dualism”, or “non-secondness.” It is one of many schools of Vedānta, a hermeneutical system that unpacks the philosophy of the Upanishads. At its heart, Advaita Vedānta teaches that the whole world is Brahman, or the Supreme Being, but that sentient beings cannot sense this oneness because of the influence of māyā, or illusion. In Śaiva-Śākta Tantra, even illusion is considered a power of the divine Consciousness, and so through perceiving that illusion non-separately we can attain liberation in this lifetime.

COURSE 1: Non-Duality: Discovering Wholeness through Advaita Vedānta with Neil Dalal ($147 Value)
+
9 HOURS: The goal of oneness or nonduality is common to many spiritual traditions, but what is it, where is it, and who is it for? How can we even experience nonduality if it transcends subject-object relationships? This course unfolds the nature of nonduality through the traditional teaching methods of Advaita Vedānta. Advaita Vedānta inherited the wisdom of the Bhagavadgītā and the Upaniṣads—the world’s most ancient source of nonduality. The tradition provides a phenomenal methodology of self-inquiry to recognize that the immediate foundation of your self-experience is in fact nondual, unlimited, and the very source of happiness you seek.
COURSE 2: I Am That: The Pervasive Nectar of Non-Duality with Mary Reilly Nichols ($147 Value)
+
8 HOURS: The experience of “I Am” consciousness is an enlivening current found throughout the yoga canon as well as a central axiom of Western mystical traditions. Most throughly articulated as a method of liberation in Tantric teachings, the breath-aligned “Ham-Sah” mantra is a practical tool for entering the easy ecstasy of non-dual awareness. It is simple, accessible and ever-available, as it shimmers at the heart of the entire body of yoga philosophy and technology. In this four week course, we will practice the mantra and contemplate its universal meaning as it is expressed in the world’s esoteric traditions, as well as in classical Vedic and Tantric enlightenment literature. Each session will include textual study, practical instruction, and an exploration of the mantra as it appears in diverse cultural and scriptural contexts.
COURSE 3: Non-dual Therapy: New Paradigms in Healing and Self-Realization with Georgi Y. Johnson ($147 Value)
+
8 HOURS: Introducing the fundamentals of Nondual Therapy, this course explores the healing power of conscious awareness on body, mind and psyche. The power of spiritual awakening to heal body and mind has been reported through the generations. When consciousness is liberated from patterns of thought and behavior, the healing opportunity emerges. This is because pure consciousness is free: it is free of agenda, entanglement, and judgement. It therefore introduces the field of infinite possibility into the healing process. Out of infinite possibility, qualities of consciousness such as freedom, love, peace and unity emerge as healing resources. In this course, we will show how to use Nondual Therapy to harness these qualities of consciousness when approaching energetic contraction in order to awaken a fresh alignment, vitality and sense of direction.
In the history and lore of Indian spirituality and philosophy, one can find many instances of heated debates between diverse philosophical schools. One could write many books on these ongoing debates, but suffice it to say that you can still find dualistic and non-dualistic schools of thought today, and you can find both spiritual systems filtered into the philosophical backdrop of modern postural yoga.
Sāmkhya, a dualistic system, considers the philosophical concepts and Sanskrit terminology of Samkhya can help lend illumination, as a complementary opposite, to non-dualism. If you have never considered the larger philosophical and ontological question of the Supreme Being’s relationship to the world or the cosmos, it is useful, while studying non-dualism, to step back and look at other modes of conceptualizing.
